Dwayne Kozak

On Sunday, June 16 Dwayne Kozak, our dear husband, father, son, brother and uncle passed away at the Kelowna General Hospital with his family by his side.

Dwayne was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and passed away at the age of 45.

This remarkable man will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife Bregje, sons Shane and Devan, parents Jeanne & Peter, sister Kerry Ann and her sons Haptei and Mekal, in-laws, Annie & Jan van Lankvelt.

He is furthered remembered by his aunt Margaret Nazar and husband Sandy, aunt Bonnie Wonnacott and husband Richard and children Barbara and Gordon, aunt Leona Wonnacott and son Dougie and common-law Mervin Keith and uncle Henry Kozak and spouse Sylvia and children Dougie, Bobby and Tracy,  brother-in law Bas van Lankvelt and spouse Amy and  children Thijs and Ahneke, brother-in law Willem van Lankvelt and spouse Erin and children Maelle and Ada, brother-in-law Sander van Lankvelt and spouse Joy and children Avelaka and Max and brother-in-law Toon van Lankvelt and spouse Kristina and children Kye and Kace and sister-in law Marieke Davidson and spouse Brian & son Nico  as well as several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He is sadly predeceased by his grandparents Emilia & Clifford Davey and Isabel and John Kozak and aunt, Patsy Wonnacott  & spouse Eugene and son Michael.

If one so wishes in lieu of flowers donations in Dwayne's memory can be made to the Penticton Area Cycling Association (PACA).

A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
