Maria Verdinho Obituary

Maria Delfina Verdinho, 76, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2018 with family by her side. Maria’s strength-of-spirit will continue to be an inspiration to all that knew her. Her family paid her this tribute “Maria will be missed and lovingly remembered for her quick-witted humor, amazing Portuguese cooking, fondness of gardening and most of all, her love of family”. She is survived by her children: Adelia, Bruno and Sylvia(and partner Michael Brown), and grandchildren: Erin, Braden, Lucas, Madilyn, Jade and Oceania.

A Celebration of Life will be held February 16, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Bethel Pentecostal Church 945 Main Street, Penticton. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Alzheimer Society of BC.
