Marie Winnifred Rannie

June 29, 1923-April 12, 2017

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marie Winnifred Rannie.  Our beloved mother, grandma, great grandma and great great grandma passed away peacefully to be with her loving husband, Floyd, of 53 years.  She was sadly predeceased by her husband Floyd, her brothers Art, Bill, Bert, Jack, Jim, and Fred Cunningham;  her sisters Muriel Chadsey and Donna Mae Hughes; as well as her great grandchild Devon Fossl.

Marie, along with Floyd, enjoyed many things in life like traveling, fishing, and camping with their grandchildren and socializing with family and friends.  They never turned down a friendly game of Crib.  Marie was also a very dedicated volunteer, giving her time and support to RECOPE and Summerland Health Care Auxilliary Thrift Shop for many many years.

The Celebration of Life will be held on June 29, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. in the lounge at Angus Place, 9302 Angus Street, Summerland, British Columbia.

Memorial tributes may be made to a charity of your choice.
