Richelle Best Obituary

On the 10th anniversary of her Stem Cell Transplant, Richelle Elizabeth Best (born April 7th, 1977 in Victoria, BC) passed into Glory. She fought her battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) bravely and with strength. For seven years she was cancer free thanks to her brother David’s donated stem cells. Her parents, George and Cheryl; her brother and his wife, David and Helen; and her precious nephew, Caleb, were all by her side. To her friend Trina and her son Cameron, Amanda, Skye, Wes, and TOPS ladies, thank you for staying with her through thick and thin. To Dr. Barb Main, PICC nurses, Carol and Shelley, the Infusion Clinic, and all the staff encountered along the way, thank you for your extra care and attention. Now she is at peace.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the SOS Medical Foundation to support a new Oncology Department at Penticton Regional Hospital.

Friends and family have shared their relationship to show their support.
