Roy Dean Lawley

The family of Roy Lawley of Penticton, BC is saddened to announce his passing on February 1, 2023, one week shy of his 87th birthday. He passed away peacefully with his family by his side.

Roy will be remembered and sadly missed by his wife, Elaine; sons, Clifford (Maureen) of Calgary, AB and Christopher (Maria) of Red Deer, AB; 7 grandchildren; sisters Ella Adams (Mel) of Campbell River, BC and Virginia Lynn-White (Kenneth) of Sylvan Lake, AB.

He is predeceased by his parents, Evelyn (nee Bice) and Vernon Tetreau.

Roy was known for his kindness and humour. He raised his family in Penticton, the city he loved, and spent many days walking along its beaches and the channel. His final years were spent in the loving care of the wonderful staff at the Village by the Station.

A Celebration of Roy’s Life will be held at a later date.
