Wayne worked with my father (Bill Goodwin) in Bow Island, AB in the early 1960's. Together they kept the power on in the southeast part of the province. I remember Wayne fondly as a young lineman who always had a smile and a hello for a young kid like me. My sincere condolences to his wife and family.
