Faith Avery Manke

Faith Avery Manke of Summerland, BC passed away April 19, 2018 at the young age of 13 years.

She will be remembered and sadly missed by her loving father and partner, Steve and Kristi Manke, as well as her mother Lori Kascak and partner Dennis Meffen; siblings Nathanael, Aiden, and Ava; stepsister Chelsea; grandparents Patricia Manke, Maureen Blow, and George Kascak; Auntie Karen and Uncle Ryan Parcels with cousins Emily and Amber; Auntie Lindsay and Uncle Tyler Cernak with cousin Charlotte; and great grandmother Anna Proudlock.

Faith had a larger than life energy. She found joy and freedom in dance and music. She had a thrill for adventure in life and in reading. Her heart opened with unconditional love for animals and supported them with the SPCA annual cupcake fundraiser. Faith sweetened our lives with her passion for baking.

Her giggle vibrates through our hearts for eternity.

The Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on April 28, 2018 at Summerland Baptist Church, 10318 Elliott St., Summerland with Pastor Jack Borchert officiating.

Memorial tributes may be made to the Summerland Critteraid, Box 235  113-437 Martin St., Penticton, BC V2A 5L1 to support Faith’s love for animals.
