Frances Isabel Smith (nee Fairweather)

Born April 9, 1944 to Mabel and Frank Fairweather, Kinloch Street, Carnoustie, Scotland. Passed peacefully on March 31, 2019 in Penticton, British Columbia with her husband of 46 years Dave Smith by her side. Frances and her husband Dave immigrated to Stratford Ontario August the 3rd, 1973 finally settling in Penticton, British Columbia on June 30th, 1988. Frances was predeceased by their son David, both parents and her brother James. Survived by her loving husband and extended family, daughter Audrey, Granddaughters Carrie and Nicole, Grandsons Jakob and Jon, great granddaughter Berkley, all of Ontario, Canada.

A Celebration of life to be held April 8, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Eagles Club, 1197 Main Street, Penticton, BC.

Special thanks go out to the Penticton Paramedics, the doctors and nurses of Penticton Regional Hospital emergency and ICU departments, who did everything in their power to try and keep her with me.
