TORGERSON, MURIEL ROBERTA (“Bobbie”)

Bobbie went to be with the Lord on May 4, 2019 at the age of 89. She has reunited with the love of her life, her husband Ted. While Bobbie will be missed by her remaining family and friends, we know she is happy and surrounded by love.

Bobbie showed all of us how to take pleasure in the simple things in life. She genuinely appreciated people. Bobbie was independent but caring and giving. We were all blessed with her knitting skills.

We thank the staff of Westview Place for their care and love shown for Bobbie during her two and a half years of residency there. We understand that she touched staff and residents there and will be missed.

Bobbie was predeceased by her husband, Ted, her parents, William Herbert Cummings and Ellen Isabella Cummings,her children, Brian, Sharon and Garry, and her brother, Richard, and sister, Rosemary.

Bobbie’s life enriched each of us that were fortunate enough to be part of her life.
