Diana Lynn Pardue

Diana Lynn Pardue had her sunrise on September 7, 1951, in Wetaskiwin, AB, and her sunset on March 28, 2023, in Penticton, BC, at 10 am.

She was the world’s best angel ever. Warm, kind, gentle, loving, loyal, trusting dedicated, and hardworking. She spent her entire life taking care of and helping others. Other people’s needs were always more important than her own... always.

She was a long-term Care Aide for 35 years in Red Deer, AB, Kelowna, BC, and Victoria, BC. Always putting others first... always. If you were a relative, a friend, or a client, you instantly knew how lucky you were. Diane was a real true companion however she was involved in your life.

Diane was very strong-willed by nature and always faced each and every one of her diagnoses. She was fiercely protective of her family. She has valiantly fought a never-ending 5-year battle with many cancers.

With great optimism, courage, conviction, and dignity, she displayed an unbelievable will to live on 5 more years. Finally, we all had to accept that this was just not to be.

Her time has now come and hopefully, she will move on to peace, lots of peace. The peace that she has so desperately been seeking for the last 5 years. Farewell to THE MOST WONDERFUL AND GRACIOUS LADY EVER!!!

Diane had just recently celebrated her 52nd Wedding Anniversary on February 20, 2023. She is remembered and sadly missed by her husband and soulmate forever, Jerry; sons Andrew and Michael; daughter Lisa (Joe); grandsons Alex, Riley, and Thomas; her dear friends Bernice, Carol, and Dolley; mother Elie Gustum; brother Greg Bourque (Barb); and nephews Nelson & Jeff Bourque.

She dearly loved you all and cared for you deeply...

YOU WILL BE LOVINGLY REMEMBERED FOREVER... WE WILL NOT FORGET.  UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN... LOVE YOU FOREVER & ALWAYS...YOUR LOVING FAMILY

As per Diane's wishes, there will be no funeral. Please remember this special lady in your own personal way. Donations if desired can be made directly to The Canadian Cancer Society or Moog & Friends Hospice House in Penticton BC in Diane's name. Thank you.
