Passed away, after a valiant effort: May 1, 2023, at Moog & Friends Hospice House in Penticton, BC

He is remembered by his Mom, Helen, his Brother, Perry, and his Sister, Kim (Wally). Nieces & Nephews: Harley (Abby), Amber (Matt), Ashley, Trina, Shane (Stacy). Great Nieces & Nephews: Hudson, Olivia, Joseph, Trinity, and Orion. As well as many amazing other dear friends and family. He is sadly predeceased by his Dad, Phil, and his birth mom, Mary Kathleen "Kay" Allan.

Kevin could continuously light up a room, making friends everywhere he went. At times, it seemed, he knew everyone no matter where he went. He was a lover of many things; Lego, music, wrestling, sports, peanut butter, and root beer... He didn't have an easy start at life, born with Williams Syndrome, and a life expectancy of 2 years, but being the fighter he was, he managed to overcome that and many other obstacles that life threw at him. Our family would like to thank Linda, Kyle, and family, and his amazing one on one worker, Bonnie, for being there for him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date for family and friends.
