Lenny was a witty, unique character, who loved a good prank. He was also known as "Mr. Fixit". His passion for fur babies spanned his entire life. He was known as "Bubby" when he was young but was always known as "The Leonard" "Poppa" "Grampa". He loved to dance, and music was a passion, much like golfing and watching Toronto Blue Jays baseball, which were two of his favorite pastimes. Lenny and Trudie spent 19 years (2000 - 2019) in Cocopah Golf & RV Park in Yuma, Arizona. It was there that Lenny formed the "GFOT" club for "Golfing Fools on Tour".
His journey here on earth is over, but the glory has just begun! Not only will he be dancing again with his sister Lovell, but he'll also be playing with all of his fur babies, "all the puppies".
"Remember me, at the end of every day. Although I had to go away, my love for you shall always stay". Until we meet again.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date, July 20, 2024, in Penticton.
Memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA of Penticton in Lenny's memory.
