Linda Buzdegan

We are saddened to announce the sudden passing of Linda on November 20, 2022, at the age of 72 years.

She was born in Penticton on August 2, 1950, at the hospital on Haven Hill Road. Linda was the second oldest of 4 children. She came from a very large extended family and summers were spent having fun with the many relatives that came to visit. Linda graduated from Pen-Hi and then worked for many years in the service industry, always serving customers with a warm friendly smile. There were also many hours spent on her hobbies; embroidery, knitting, and crocheting. From blankets to ornaments to table runners, baby blankets, and baby outfits, she did it all. Linda struggled with reading when she was small but once she had glasses there was no stopping her. Surrounding herself with books led to a lifetime of reading. Linda loved her family and really enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews. She was very excited just this past October to meet her very first grand-niece, Madeleine!

Linda was predeceased by her parents John and Helen Buzdegan and her sister Cynthia Elson. She is survived by her brother John Buzdegan (Caitlin Schmidt (Ryan), Brittany, and Sean), and her sister Pat Styles (Kelly Allen (Keegan) & Madeleine, Bailey, and Bradley).
