Malva "Kim" Walsh

Malva “Kim” Walsh passed away peacefully July 18, 2023, at Trinity Care Centre in Penticton, BC. Kim was born to Melvin and Alice Kimber, April 6, 1941, in Fergus Falls, MN.

Kim dedicated 35 years of her life as an elementary school teacher, was a member of the Catholic Women’s League, loved animals and gardening.

Kim was loved and will be greatly missed by her children Alyson Batley and Lani (Denis) Rouillard; sister Cynthia (Ken) Kimber-Shannon; grandchildren Shawn Batley, Madison (Brandon) Rouillard-Bitzer, Hayden Rouillard; great grandchildren; Amaya Batley, Grayson Bitzer and Jovan Bitzer.

In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation in memory of Kim to the Canadian Cancer Society.

A Memorial Mass will be held August 12, 2023, at 10:30 am, St Ann’s Catholic Church, 1296 Main Street, Penticton.
