Maria Fernanda Morgadinho

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Maria Morgadinho of Penticton, BC. Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Maria passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on November 1, 2023, at the age of 82 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Jack, Maria (Joe), Françoise (Don), Roger, and Joe (Amy); 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; as well as her siblings, Raoul, Maria (Abilio), Jack, Maria-Jose, and Celeste. Sadly, predeceased by her husband, Belmiro, her parents, Manuel and Teresa, and her brother, Jose.

Prayers will take place on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at Providence Funeral Homes, Penticton. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 361 Wade Avenue West, Penticton, with Father Harry Clarke officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
