Melvin George Hagel

The family of Mel Hagel of Penticton, BC is saddened to announce his passing. He passed away peacefully on August 26, 2023 at the age of 64 years.

Mel is remembered and sadly missed by his siblings, Larry Hagel, Sharon Jansma, Charlene (Ed) Eacott, Elaine (Ken) Alix, Darlene Hagel and Danny Hagel; numerous nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his parents, Mary (nee Buckshaw) and George Hagel and brother, Clinton Hagel.

Mel enjoyed looking at and tinkering on old cars, reading the newspaper, watching his shows and also loved cats.

A Graveside Service will be held at Osoyoos Cemetery on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.
