Olive completed Chefs Training in 1973 and worked in several restaurants in Dawson Creek and Pouce Coupe. She enjoyed cooking and baking for those she loved. Her grandchildren would spend every New Year's Eve with Grandma & Grandpa and be spoiled. She would give you the shirt off her back. She would often say "I don't have a lot but you're welcome to take anything you need."

Her favourite pastime was playing bingo with friends. She also taught a few grandchildren how to play which created a special bond between them. Olive will be missed by all who knew her. Due to Covid restrictions there will only be a small family graveside gathering
