Thomas Mearns Obituary

It is with great sadness the family of Thomas John Mearns announce his passing after a strong, courageous fight with cancer. He went to be with his Lord and Saviour on August 30, 2021 surrounded by his family.

Our beloved husband, dad, grandpa, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend will be forever remembered for his faith, integrity, loyalty and strength of character. We will cherish his “wordisms”.

We, as a family, wish to thank Dr. Snyman and the staff and Doctors at Moog and Friends Hospice House for the compassionate care and kindness shown to Tom and to our family during this time.
