Nolan and Abigail Adam
Nolan has nearly 20 years of experience in the funeral business, starting as a young man, working in the funeral home owned by his father.
Nolan is married to Abigail and they reside in Penticton with their two wonderful children Emma and Noah.

Brenda is the Manager of the Summerland Chapel. She is a committed and caring professional who is proud of her chosen career as a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer.
Brenda and Bob, her husband of 38 years, have two adult children, Brett and his wife Ann, and Bree and her husband Adam.

Jessica is the Manager of our Penticton Chapel. She has been dedicated to the funeral profession for over 7 years now. She loves working at Providence because it is a very close knit team, like a second family. Everyday Jessica appreciates that families trust her and share their loved one's stories and entrust the Providence team to take care of them.
She grew up in a military family and has been fortunate to have seen all of our beautiful country. She chose to make the Okanagan her home. It is a wonderful place for her children to flourish.
Nico has had the good fortune of working with teams in the funeral industry for over twenty years. Nico feels a funeral profession gives him the opportunity to serve the world, one family at a time.
Nico has been married to Joanne for over 40 years. They have three children and six grandchildren. Nico and Joanne are very involved with the Summerland Baptist Church, The Penticton Noontime Rotary Club, as well as other support roles in many communities in the Okanagan Valley.

Robert 'Bob' Carlton
Licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer
Bob has been a funeral professional for over a decade and has found it to be the most fulfilling work he has ever done.
He is as passionate about his music as he is the families he serves and is known for his work singing at funerals and working with local bands such as Flashback.
Bob and his wife Mar have called Penticton home for over 25 years. They have one adult son, David who is completing his PhD at Western in London, ON.
Licensed Funeral Director and Advanced Planning Advisor
Greg has been a part of the team since October, 2018 when he and his wife, Karen, moved to the Okanagan. Greg came to us from Edmonton where he worked as a Funeral Director for nine years. Prior to that Greg was a Pastor with the Christian and Missionary Alliance for sixteen years.
Greg and Karen have been married for 25 years, have two grown children; Erin and Megan; and the self-appointed ruler of the house, Bella. When he is not helping families here you can find Greg refereeing hockey, fishing, hiking, camping or otherwise enjoying life in the Okanagan.
Cassandra joined the Providence team in
2019 after a lengthy career in the Hospitality and Wine industry in search of
the opportunity to serve her community. She loves providing guidance to
families in their time of need and providing unique, personalized ways of
commemorating and paying tribute to their loved one.
Outside of work, Cassandra can be found
cooking and enjoying local Okanagan wine with her husband, Andras, or playing
Roller Derby alongside her teammates, the Penticton Pistoleras.
Family Coordinator and Apprentice
Crystal started working with Providence as
a member of our transfer team in 2018 and began assisting in meeting with
families as a Family Coordinator in 2019. She has just begun the Apprenticeship
program to become a Funeral Director and Embalmer.
Born and raised in Penticton, Crystal is a
member of the Penticton Indian Band and cares for her community deeply. She is
proud to be a resource to help them in their time of grief and can often be
found participating in and leading community outreach events, often expressed
through creative crafting and artistic works.
Joyce has been the Administrative Assistant
at our Summerland Chapel for nearly 5 years. Joyce enjoys serving families in a timely
and complete fashion, aiming to make a stressful time as stress free as
Joyce is also an accomplished pianist who
accompanies choirs and performs for small groups from time to time.
Sharon joined the team in 2020 as the
Administrative Assistant at our Penticton Chapel. Sharon is a people person and
looks forward to helping others in her new administrative role, bringing her
extensive experience in Human Resources and Administration management.
Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Sharon
and her husband moved to the sunny Okanagan Valley over ten years ago for a job
opportunity, and the beautiful weather has kept them here.
