At a very difficult time, Greg Linton was amazing. His calm demeanor and knowledgeable ways helped us navigate smoothly to get through it. He was quick with documents that needed signing and seeing to any of our needs. Even when he was not going to be available, he left us in the capable hands of Destiny. We couldn’t be more grateful!

I cannot begin to thank you for your time and understanding in dealing with my Mom. I know it wasn’t typical situation but you made having to deal with this a lot easier. I am as always humbled and grateful for my moms final arrangements being held with such compassion and professionalism.

He made this very difficult time --- when our lovely mother Isabella passed away on June 9th, easier due to his enormous kindness, willingness to help out, and gentle words of support and compassion. even when he had very short notice or various challenges arose. I would give the Penticton office 5 stars Greg was so kind and was very helpful on somethings that I had missed. His voice was very calming at a difficult time. The secretary who answered the phone was also kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this funeral home.

i recently lost my husband and during this very traumatic time i feel fortunate to have been helped by Jessica Fulkerson. Jessica was kind compassionate and professional. She was patient and never made us feel rushed. Everything she did was done with intergrity and grace. The extra touches dge suggested showed a great deal of understanding on Jessica's part that were clearly sincere and from her heart. I truly don't know, how i would have managed without Jessica. She touched my heart when it was very broken. Thank you Jessica and Providence your kindness it will be remembered by myself and my family.

Saying goodbye to a loved one is hard enough but having to do this during a pandemic is even more difficult. Brenda handled things so calmly and worked with us to make the best of a bad situation when further restrictions were applied. Brenda was always available and accommodating and answered all of our questions. We would like to Thankyou Brenda for being so kind and compassionate.

I would like to thank the Providence Funeral Homes staff for the caring and compassionate way in which you handled my husband Russell J. Robillard's funeral arrangements, service, livestream and cremation. Everything fell into place and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I was very grateful. I would also like to especially thank Crystal Gabriel for going above and beyond in her love for her job. She made me feel so calm, cool and connected when I had to be. There was a peace about Crystal that spread to the rest of my family. Angels were definitely present, because they followed me home and are now ministering to me to help me get through this time in my life. One has no plan when your daughter die. You suddenly deal with so much emotional stress as well as organization which you are not prepared for. Kevin and his staff led us through the process of planning for a Celebration of Life in increments that we could easily handle while taking care of the rest. At the celebration, the staff was there to help everything run smoothly. The set up was done very tastefully and professionally. He also took care of some of the administration that we could not even think about at the time. His energetic though empathetic personality balanced our grief so that we could take care of the immediate issues and have a lovely celebration for our precious daughter. Thanks Kevin and your team
