Colleen, Wendy and I are both saddened to hear about this sad news of Dan's passing. We have many fond memories of him and you during our years in Thompson. I have many memories of his knowledge and skill as a shaftman while working with me at Birchtree Mine when we were attempting to deepen the shaft on a single shift in the late 70's. Our thoughts and deepest sympathy are with you and your family at this time.

Colleen, I was very sorry to read about Dan's passing. Did not know he was sick so it came as a shock. I know you two had a loving marriage and I am sure you will miss him terribly. Our sincere condolences to you, your children and all the rest of the family.
Death leaves a heartache that no one can heal, Love leaves a memory that no one can steal. Our prayers and thoughts are with you during this time of sorrow.
