As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to support families, our people, team and the public health and safety of our community through these uncertain times.
Providence Funeral Homes & Crematorium remains open and available to safely meet with families. For the safety of our staff and the families we serve, our offices are by appointment only. We have options available for families that wish to meet by video conferencing, conference calls or by email. Our Funeral Directors are committed and available for families. To be responsible amidst the current COVID-19 pandemic, if you have travelled internationally within the last 14 days, are feeling unwell or have a compromised immune system, for your safety and the safety of our team, we kindly ask that you please not attend to the arrangements in person. If you would like to make an appointment please call our office at 250-493-1774 (Penticton) or 250-494-7752 (Summerland) and we will be pleased to assist you. While guests are in the building, our staff will be wearing masks. We encourage families to do the same should they choose, however a mask is not required
Updates and protocols change daily and we want to ensure we comply with the direction of Public Health and our government. Rest assured we have taken steps required to comply with ensuring enhanced disinfecting of all spaces within our facility. live streaming of services will be provided at no charge so that guests can watch the service safely and remotely.
We know this is an uncertain and trying time for our community and the world.
